At Amorist, we put love and care into every fragrance we ship. While we donβt offer returns, we do provide refunds in the rare event that something goes wrong.
β When Are Refunds Applicable?
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

Product Not Delivered
If your order is lost in transit and not delivered within 14 days of dispatch. -
Product Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives visibly damaged or broken.
β Whatβs Not Covered

Change of mind

Fragrance preference

Used or opened products

Minor leakage or dented boxes that do not affect product usage
π© How to Claim a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, please:

Email us at meetamorist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order ID, photo/video evidence of the damage, and a short description
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
π No Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perfumes once delivered.
